Flexible communications with CB and Commercial modes. The Vertex VX-556 comes with 80 Channels in UHF CB Mode.

Clear Audio

The Vertex-556 guarantees clear audio with Whisper mode, Compander mitigation, Voice Inversion Encryption activation, Minimum Volume Control, and clear 1W Audio output.

Ideal for Safety

Signaling features such as dedicated Emergency Alert button, Lone-Worker alarm, Remote Stun/Kill/Revive (5-Tone), 5-Tone Encode/Decode, and CTCSS/DCS Encode/Decode to ensure user safety in any circumstance.

Tough and Durable

The Vertex VX-556 is rugged and durable with IP67 Ingress Protection Rating for water and dust protection and MIL-STD 810 specifications in C, D, E, F, G, and H for shock protection.
