There are two ways to organise an equipment repair service:

  1. Fill out the Service form and choose ‘Onsite Service Request’, please include the brand and model of the equipment and any requirements of the site in the ‘Details’ section, and we will respond as soon as possible.
  2. Our service administrators strive to answer your calls and ensure your needs are dealt with promptly. Call 02 4964 1533 and ask to book an onsite service.

National Wireless also offers ongoing support and maintenance plans.

 A Support Plan is an agreement between National Wireless and your company, to ensure ongoing resources and materials support – guaranteeing your system functions optimally. National Wireless will design a support plan to suit your requirements.

There are three main components of a Support Plan:

  • Planned preventative maintenance works
  • Unplanned restoration works
  • Improvement works
