Communication Safety:

Safety Procedures and Responsibilities
National Wireless employs a Take Five safety analysis to any installation or potentially hazardous endeavour undertaken. This quick audit allows our team to identify potential risks and ensure workplace safety. In the event of a previously unidentified hazard, team members may escalate situations to requiring a Job Safety Analysis (J.S.A) or Safe Work Method Statement (S.W.M.S) form and will notify the effected parties accordingly.
National Wireless understands the risks and responsibilities our team may face, and recognises the safety requirements of potentially hazardous sites in compliance with both client needs and team safety. Our onsite technician team are first-aid trained and are obligated to report incidents in accordance with our safety policies.
In the event of critical equipment malfunctions, National Wireless may outsource onsite repairs to locally qualified technicians to expedite service response time. During this time, technicians provided will operate under a joint safety policy consisting of National Wireless, the effected client and any supplementary documentation, and the technician employer.
Relevant safety documentation can be requested from National Wireless by contacting sales@natwire.com or calling 02 4964 1533.
