Unrivalled Capacity: The BS418 will meet your needs for capacity by providing up to 16 TETRA carriers in two racks, giving a total of 64 time slots with front access to all field-replaceable units and terminals. By adding any combination of outdoor and indoor DAMM base stations however, the system can scale from one-site to large-scale multi-site operations simply and efficiently.

Unique Design: To guarantee the highest expectations of reliability, the BS418 features intelligent decentralised architecture which allows replication of information to all sites in the network, avoiding any single point of failure.  Combined with full battery backup support and redundant controllers, power supplies and carriers, even if one or more sites lose connection the system will continue to provide uninterrupted voice and data traffic.

Compatibility: Easy integration is offered for features like application gateways, and voice and data logging, to allow for straight-forward development of customer-designed applications or integration to existing telephone systems and control room equipment. These features can be configured for redundancy, making it possible to have geographical independence of critical functions, increasing system availability.
