Natwire COVID19 Update – September 2021

We want to assure our customers that we remain fully committed to supporting your safe and efficient operations during this time, many of you delivering essential services for the economy. As the Delta variant outbreaks prove difficult to contain, we have turned our focus to staff vaccinations.  At this stage all National Wireless staff have had at least one dose and several of us are now fully vaccinated.

 
Please be assured we are working hard, though it may take a little longer to get to you on site or send out orders and repairs, depending on local restrictions.
  • Our sales team can meet with you via phone and we are all set up for web conferencing.
  • Our engineers and technicians are available, with a few of them now fully vaccinated against COVID-19. We can also remotely access your communications systems to diagnose and fix some faults.
  • Our depot repair service remains up and running, we can help organise collection and return* of your radios, to and from our depot, as required. 
Our priority is the safety and well being of our staff and customers. We continue to review and update our Covid-19 policy’s and procedures, to ensure we are operating in line with best practice based on the latest health information. We are an accredited COVID Safe workplace.
